What methods of payment does The Mane Fetish accept?
The Mane Fetish accepts all major credit and debit card payment via PayPal and PayPal Guest Checkout, Shopify Pay, and Sezzle.
Do I have to have a PayPal account in order to submit payment?
NO. You can choose the PayPal Guest Checkout option to finalize your order.
Is my payment information secure?
YES. Your payment information is encrypted and is processed securely through PayPal. Your payment information is not stored on our site and cannot be accessed by The Mane Fetish, LLC.
My payment is not processing.
Please make sure that you are accurately entering your payment information. If this problem persists please contact your card holder. You can also email us at support@TheManeFetish.com.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
If you have placed an order and need to change the shipping address please email us at support@TheManeFetish.com with your order number and correct shipping information. If we have already shipped your information you must contact the mail carrier for further assistance.
I need to return an item, what are my options?
